A studio for independent hospitality concepts, where food, music, design and place come together.
Not a restaurant group but a studio: each concept gets its own name, voice and website, with Vespertine as the connective tissue. The concepts are designed both for standalone venues and for destination canvases such as Mentawai Bay. Two are in development. Infidels, a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant grounded in traditional technique and reimagined without dietary restriction, and Faji7a, a theatrical fajita restaurant built around fire and shared tables. Seven more sit in the portfolio: Moho@, an intimate live entertainment venue where performance, fine dining and sound share one room; OJ’s Breakfast Joint, an all-day breakfast concept; and For-One, a solo dining model that gives one diner the full depth of a banquet, with Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and Chinese expressions.
