Named SEBA Wellness Group of the Year in 2019. Acquired by Bursa-listed SMTrack Bhd in two tranches: 30 per cent for RM18 million, then the remaining 70 per cent for RM55 million, taking aggregate consideration to RM73 million, or roughly US$15.5 million.
